Note: There are no additional author costs such as submission fees or page charges, regardless of article type or APC eligibility.
- The author may choose to publish open access in ACM Digital Library (author to check funder's open access mandates)
- The author chooses Creative Commons license to determine how it may be shared
- The author retains copyright control of their work
To be eligible, articles must:
- Have a corresponding author affiliated with The University of Texas at Dallas
- Be original content
- Have manuscript accepted for publication
- Be accepted for publication from 1 July 2022
Authors may choose to publish in ACM's Gold Open Access Journals:
- ACM Transactions on Architecture and Code Optimization (TACO)
- ACM Transactions on Human-Robot Interaction (THRI)
- ACM Transactions on Programming Languages and Systems (TOPLAS)
- ACM/IMS Journal on Data Science (JDS)
- Digital Government: Research & Practice (DGOV)
- Digital Threats: Research & Practice (DTRAP)
- Proceedings of the ACM on Programming Languages (PACM PL)
- International Conference Proceedings Series (ICPS) will begin publishing Gold OA on January 1, 2024
