A basic guide to resources and services addressing the most frequently asked questions (FAQs) about the library.

Study Spaces on the 2nd Floor

  • Large open study spaces are available along the north and south ends of the floor.
  • More space is available along the west side of the floor in the area between the Info Commons and Faculty Publications.
  • Lastly, you will find seating in the Lobby along the north end of the floor, near the entrances.

Study Spaces on the 3rd Floor

The most easily accessed areas are along the 

  • Southeast corner of the floor, near the Main Stacks (A-D, Room 3.7).
  • Surrounding the D-G Stacks in the southwest corner of the floor (Room 3.4).
  • In the Richardson Room (3.544) on the west side of the floor. (Note: area designated as Quiet Study).
  • And directly in the center of the floor.

Study Spaces on the 4th Floor

  • Areas marked in Light Green along the far west and east sides of the floor designate the most easily accessible open study areas.
