Discover Catalog - You can always refer students to the catalog to begin their search on gathering the sources they need.
Google Scholar - A useful way to search for an article when not sure of which database to use. Also, many students will start their searches here, so it helps to be familiar.
Some databases provide the GET IT@UTD or tab, which will navigate back to Discover for the full text when available.

Academic Search Complete is a large, easy-to-use, multidisciplinary collection with many full-text articles dating from before 1900s. Search thousands of newspapers, popular magazines, and scholarly journals from a variety of subjects. Your search can also be limited to full-text and peer-reviewed (scholarly) articles.
