Join us for a tour of McDermott Library with a knowledgeable staff member. Learn about the history, resources, and services on each floor. Library staff will conduct a 30-40 minute tour of the library.
Eugene McDermott Library, the Student Success Center and the Office of Graduate Studies offer workshops and sessions in MC2.2524. Librarians assist both undergraduate and graduate students in finding relevant sources for their research papers. Writing Consultants assist both graduate and undergraduate students in identifying the strengths and weaknesses of their papers and discuss strategies for improvement.

The Writing Center serves as a student-centered resource for the UTD community. We offer one-on-one consultations at no charge, providing help at any stage of the writing process and with any kind of writing assignment or personal essay. Our tutors are graduate students, representing various disciplines, including Humanities, Technical Writing, and ESL instruction.
